NICF Open Day 2024 Was a Huge Success

On 19th April the NICF held its long awaited Open Day at the FITA training centre in Loughborough. The event was organised as a thank you to existing members for their continued support of the Institute, enabling them to get together, catch up with friends and colleagues, talk all things domestic flooring and find out about new products and installation techniques. The event was also a way to reach potential new members, which the NICF reports was a success.

There were 10 exhibitors in attendance, including subfloor prep manufacturers, adhesive manufacturers, tool suppliers and more. Each held their own small demonstrations on their stands and the interaction from visitors was fantastic. There were also some great demos by NICF members Jamie Addison, Ian James, Dan Jones and Paddy McNicholas that likewise generated huge interest.

NICF would like to say a big thank you to FITA for hosting the event at their Loughborough training centre, as well as all the exhibitors and to the visitors that took time out of their day to come along. The organisers look forward to holding the next Open Day and hope it will be just as enjoyable.
